SUMMER CLASSES
Stay fit and share fun workouts with other like minded individuals.
Our small group workouts are safe, fun, and effective! They will make you sweat, but won’t leave you feeling beat up and broken. All summer classes run June 28th through August 28th, 2021.
Metcon
Our MetCon (metabolic conditioning) program is a motivating way to stay fit! Workouts are timed or scored and utilize a wide variety of functional movements including pull-ups, squats, push-ups, kettlebells, running, rowing, etc.
All participants warm-up as a group, work on skills, and perform the workout of the day. As a team, everyone starts and ends the workout together; pushing, encouraging, and helping each other along the way!
Each one-hour class meets Monday through Friday at 7:30am and 9:00am.

Beach Fit Camp
Take your morning workouts to the next level on the beautiful sand of Rehoboth Beach!
Our Beach Fit Camp is a fun, safe workout that allows participants to challenge themselves and stay fit while enjoying the sun and sand. Designed for all fitness levels, you'll get a total body workout using body-weight movements, medicine balls, ropes, dumbbells, mini-obstacle courses, team races, and challenges guaranteed to keep you motivated and working hard.
Each one-hour class meets Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 7:30am on the boardwalk at Maryland Avenue (in front of the Atlantic Boardwalk Grille). Be sure to bring water and a towel or yoga mat!

Outdoor Workouts
Ready to get your training back on track but not quite comfortable going back into a gym just yet? Sign up for our small group outdoor sessions!
Limited to 8 members per session, these workouts are a great way to safely get back in shape under the watchful eye of a coach and regain the motivation of group training.
