GET STARTED
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point. We'll we get to know each other, learn about your fitness history, talk about your goals, and to make sure we get you set on the right fitness path. At bare minimum, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve your goals from expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door!
If we decide we're a good fit for one another, here is how the process works:
Step 1 - Assessment
Your initial assessment is designed to help us identify any imbalances, past or present injuries and/or faulty movement patterns that could hold you back from reaching your goals. You will be coached through specific exercises to assess your current skill level and get an idea of how to tailor your program specifically for you.
Step 2 - Customized Programming
Your training protocols will be catered to your needs, strengths, weaknesses, goals, mobility, experience level, physical or health related restrictions as well as equipment available. You'll learn how to lift with correct form and enjoy your training, learn how to build a body you love and keep it year round, and learn how to build workouts and structure training so one day you can do it on your own.
Step 3 - Consistent Check-ins
You will gain access to a personalized online portal and training app straight from your phone, you will receive monthly or weekly check-ins to review your physical progress, we will help you keep track of important factors like sleep, stress, mindset, nutritional adherence, hunger levels, and we will highlight any other wins or challenges you've had and make adjustments for the week ahead.
Step 4 - Intelligent Progressions
We keep a record of how you are feeling during each training session and advance your program every week to ensure that your strength, mobility, and endurance steadily improve. Your coach will give you exercise modifications, progressions, and regressions as you need them to keep you injury and pain free.
Step 5 - Support and Accountability
We will work together towards continually improving your habits and core behaviors to help set you up for long term success. Our goal is to help you learn a system and create a solid routine so that you can navigate and accomplish your goals while living your life. We will also work with you on developing specific strategies on handling social triggers, travel, meals out, and alcohol without sacrificing your progress.
