Strength Training - 8 Squat racks, 7 benches, dumbbells up to 100lbs, kettlebells up to 106lbs, and 9,000+lbs of plates
Conditioning - 2 Concept 2 rowers, 2 Rogue Echo bikes, 1 Xebex Air Bike, 2 Ski Ergs, jump ropes, battle ropes, sledge hammers, plyo boxes, and more
Olympic Weightlifting - 500+ KGs of Rogue and Weightlifting House bumper plates, 4platforms, 4 20kg Pendlay bars, 2 15kg Pendlay bars, and 2 sets of jerk blocks
Strongman - Atlas Stones (up to 440lbs), car deadlift frame, logs (10", 12", & 13"), axles, sandbags (up to 350lbs), push/pull sleds, Circus dumbbells (10" & 12" globe and cylinder style), farmers handles, kegs, yoke, Husafell stones, frame carry, tires (up to 800), grip toys, and more
Powerlifting - Calibrated Rogue IPF competition plates, safety squat bar, cambered bar, Rogue power bar, 2 Rogue deadlift bars, and 2 multi-grip bars
CrossFit - 45lb and 35lb Rogue barbells, pull up bars, Dynamax balls, gymnastics rings, parallettes, and more
Boxing - 4 Heavy bags, 4 double-end bags, 3 cobra bags, 3 slip bags, 2 uppercut bags, and 2 speed bags
Recovery - Mobility tools, foam rollers, and mats to loosen up before and after your workouts
Showers - 2 restrooms with 1 shower on site, so you can get in your workout, clean up, and hit the road with ease
