Placing is determined by who has the highest total based on their cumulative results in the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk as 2 separate lifts.

Strength 101 is designed to help beginner/intermediate level athletes learn the basics of strength training. Under the watchful eye of an expert coach, you will learn how to master fundamental movement patterns and how to properly execute the primary barbell lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press).
