During your session, you’ll work one-on-one with a coach who will evaluate your movement patterns, mobility, posture, and strength balance. We’ll identify any past or current injuries, imbalances, or limitations that may be holding you back — and more importantly, show you how to fix them.
You’ll leave with a custom-built roadmap outlining the most efficient way to begin (or restart) your fitness journey — complete with clear next steps, actionable recommendations, and confidence that your plan is built just for you.

PERSONAL COACHING
If you're looking for help with designing a training plan, you need an expert set of eyes to analyze a particular lift, or simply enjoy having a weekly appointment to keep you on track, this program is for you.
Whether your goal is a well developed physique, better cardiovascular endurance, or improved overall health, you'll have a weekly personal appointment with your coach to provide expert instruction, guide you through proper form, and give you support you need!
From start to finish, each 75 minute session is designed to accommodate your specific needs. Your coach will also provide you with a training program to follow on your own for days in between appointments.
SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING
Semi-private sessions (2-3 members) combine the benefits of personal training and the motivating energy of training in a supportive small group environment.
How does it work? After your initial assessment, we partner you up with one or two others who have similar goals and you share a 75-minute time slot with your coach!
If you want more attention than offered in a large group class but need cost-effective solution for high level coaching, this is the perfect option for you.
