METCON - Our MetCon (metabolic conditioning) class is a motivating way to stay fit! Workouts are timed or scored and utilize a wide variety of functional movements including pull-ups, squats, push-ups, kettlebells, running, rowing, etc.
All participants warm-up as a group, work on skills, and perform the workout of the day. As a team, everyone starts and ends the workout together; pushing, encouraging, and helping each other along the way!
