Semi-Private Sessions
Think of this program like personal training, but in a small group. You get the same personalized coaching as you would in a private session, but you share the space with 2-3 others people who are working towards goals similar to your own. What does that mean for you? High-level training and scheduling flexibility at a cost-effective rate.
Semi-private training sessions are 1/3 the size of our group workouts and each athlete performs their own individual program with the support of a coach. This option allows you to benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment, while also receiving the level of individual attention you desire.
Semi-Private training programs include customized programming to fit your specific goals, four training sessions per month with the coach of your choice, sessions scheduled at your convenience, and unlimited access to our facility for additional workouts.
One-on-One Sessions
Eliminate distractions and get faster results with one-on-one attention. Whether your goal is a well developed physique, better cardiovascular endurance, or improved overall health, we’ll be there to provide expert instruction, guide you through proper form, and give the daily motivation and support you need.
No two bodies are the same, so our coaches create fully customized programs guaranteed to accelerate your results. We use a wide array of training tools to create workouts that are not only extremely effective in getting results, but also a enjoyable and sustainable in the long run.
