STRENGTH CLUB
If your goal is to get stronger, look your best, and FEEL better than ever, this program is for you!
You'll learn the fundamentals of the primary barbell lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press) and safely push your limits with a motivating group atmosphere.
Mondays: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Wednesdays: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00am - 11:00am
SEASIDE STRENGTH WOMEN'S FITNESS
Join our strength & conditioning program designed just for the ladies!
Beginner-friendly, full-body workouts thoughtfully crafted for novice-level women and new moms. These sessions focus on rebuilding strength, enhancing energy, and improving overall well-being through safe, supportive, and low-pressure training.
Each workout emphasizes functional movement, core stability, and gradual progress—perfect for those just starting their fitness journey or returning after a break.

JAB & FLOW BOXING
Get in the best shape of your life and stay motivated with training workouts that combine cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, coordination, and agility!
You'll learn the basic fundamentals of boxing (footwork, defense, offense, and strategy) under the watchful eye of an expert coach while also challenging your mental resilience and discipline.
