STRENGTH CLUB
If your goal is to get stronger, look your best, and FEEL better than ever, this program is for you!
You'll learn the fundamentals of the primary barbell lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press) and safely push your limits with a motivating group atmosphere.
This program includes TWO small group sessions with a strength coach, access to our online programming app, and unlimited open gym access.

Kick off your weekend with a bang!
Join us for an energizing full-body workout that’s perfect for EVERYONE, whether you're a newbie or a fitness pro.
Designed to be completed by teams of two or three, each workout adds a friendly competitive twist, making it not just a workout but a fun challenge!
Grab a buddy or two and let’s smash those fitness goals together, because who says getting fit can’t be a good time!

SODEL WELL
Get in the best shape of your life and stay motivated with training workouts that combine cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, coordination, and agility!
With a mix of basic barbell training, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises you’ll not only boost your fitness level but also stay motivated and eager to hit the gym.
