Semi-Private Training
Think of this program like personal training, but in a small group. You get the same personalized coaching as you would in a private session, but you share the space with 2-4 others people who are working towards goals similar to your own.
What does that mean for you? High-level training and scheduling flexibility at a cost-effective rate.
Semi-private training sessions are half the size of our group workouts and each athlete performs their own individual program with the support of a coach. This option allows you to benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment, while also receiving the level of individual attention you desire.
Personal Coaching
Our goal is to remove the guesswork from your routine and get you faster results. Whether your goal is a well developed physique, better cardiovascular endurance, or improved overall health, we’ll be there to provide expert instruction, guide you through proper form, and give the daily motivation and support you need.
No two bodies are the same, so our coaches create fully customized programs guaranteed to accelerate your results. We use a wide array of training tools to create workouts that are not only extremely effective in getting results, but also a enjoyable and sustainable in the long run.
Personal training programs include customized programming to fit your specific goals, 1 on 1 training with the coach of your choice, sessions scheduled at your convenience, and unlimited access to our facility for additional workouts.
Small Group Workouts
New to lifting and don't know where to start? This option is a great way to build your strength, improve your confidence in the gym, and build a consistent routine!
Our small group workouts are designed to help beginner/intermediate level athletes learn the basics of strength and conditioning. Under the watchful eye of an expert coach, you will learn fundamental movement patterns and learn how to properly execute the primary barbell lifts.
All participants warm-up as a group, work on skills, and perform the workout of the day. As a team, everyone starts and ends the workout together; pushing, encouraging, and helping each other along the way.
