"War at the SHORE 2017"

Grab a partner and come throw down at our 1st Annual "War at the Shore"!

Teams of two (MM/FF) will compete in 3 events to determine who's the fittest in the Slower Lower!

Event 1 - Thruster/Burpee AMRAP - 10 Min Cap
  • Each team will begin this WOD with a "Cash-in" of 75 Toes-to-bar. In the remaining time, teams will have an ascending ladder of Thrusters and Burpees-over-bar. Reps will increase by 5 reps reps (10, 15, 20, 25, etc) each round until time is up. Partners may switch at any time. Men's/Women's weights: 95#/65#


Event 2 - Clean ladder - 2 Min Cap
  • Each team will have 2 minutes to get through as many cleans as possible. Athletes may start at any bar, however, subsequent bars must be lifted without skipping weights. Once one partner has completed their lifts, he/she must tag their partner for them to start. Missed clean may be deadlifted for points. Score is total weight lifted. Bar weights: 65, 85,105,125,145,165,185, 205, 225, 245, 265, 285, 305


Event 3 - Triplet Sprint - 7 Min Cap

Each team will have a 7 minute time cap to complete 90 KB Swings/70 Wallball/50 Box Jump Overs. Partners may switch at any time. Men's/Women's weights: 70#, 20#, 24"/53#, 14#, 20"


Event 4 - TDB
  • Top 3 Male & Female Teams will compete in a final WOD to crown the champs! Be prepared for anything.

Heat orders will be determined by the date registrations are received (ie. the first athletes to register will be the last to go and vice-versa).

NOTE: REGISTRATION WILL BE CAPPED AT 40 teams! 20-MM / 20-FF
