METCON
Our MetCon (metabolic conditioning) program is a fun and effective way to get fit. And best of all, ANYONE can do it!
We combine a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout including pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, running, rowing, and a host of other movements.
All participants warm-up as a group, work on skills and perform the workout of the day. As a team, as a family, as a unit, they start and end the workout together; pushing, encouraging, and helping each other along the way.
Training is always varied, always changing, and always producing results!
