LEVEL 2 MEMBERSHIP
Our Level 2 Membership is designed for members who require a more personalized approached to their training.
Through what we call "customized group training", each athlete has their own individual program that is performed within a group setting.
If your goal is to lose or gain weight, train for a sport, prepare for an event, rehab from an injury, etc., this option allows members to combine goal-specific training with the added motivation and camaraderie of training with a small group.
Your training program also includes an in-depth fitness evaluation, body composition measurement, movement screen, and postural analysis. Your coach will then evaluate this information to create your personal roadmap.
