LEVEL 1 MEMBERSHIP
Our Level 1 Membership is designed to provide an encouraging, supportive, and fun environment to reach your training goals.
With our MetCon (metabolic conditioning) class, we combine a wide variety of movements into a timed or scored workout including pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other exercises.
All participants warm-up as a group, work on skills and perform the workout of the day. As a team, as a family, as a unit, they start and end the workout together; pushing, encouraging, and helping each other along the way.
Training is always varied, always changing, and always producing results!
