LADIES POWER HOUR
Our Ladies Power Hour is a women's only training program that focuses on building strength while maintaining proper form and technique. Not only do our ladies gain strength, they gain confidence and have a great time while doing it in a fun, positive atmosphere!
By utilizing free weights alongside bodyweight and gymnastic movements, you will build lean muscle which will make you strong (not bulky). Also, strength training not only helps reduce body fat by burning calories more efficiently, but it is imperative for maintaining lean muscle and bone density.
Most importantly, this women's only class welcomes all ages and skill levels! You will be challenged and motivated to reach your personal fitness goals at your own pace.
