Q. WHY ARE YOU MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER GYMS?

A. We are not your typical 30 dollar a month gym where they make money when you DON'T show up. We are a place where YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO SUCCEED as an individual and a place where your journey will positively impact others. Furthermore, we deliver above average results, we hire the best coaches, and we only accept top quality human beings as members. At an average of $25 to $62 per week (less than one night of dinner and drinks), our membership is a fair reflection of the unparalleled community and culture we have built here.

Q. THIS LOOKS INTIMIDATING, CAN ANYONE DO IT?

A. Absolutely! We do expect a level of commitment that not everyone is ready for, but it is a developed process that we make not only enjoyable, but empowering. You’re not thrown into the mix without first being guided through an education process that includes body awareness, personal identification with movement and an acceptance of a higher level of ability for yourself. Our goal is to shift consciousness from feeling pressured or obligation (which often leads to denial or termination of the journey) to enjoying the process and celebrating what the body can do.

Q. IS THIS A CROSSFIT GYM?

A. We are not a CrossFit affiliate. However, we offer MetCon classes which are similar in nature to the workouts you're accustomed to if you're from a CrossFit gym. Our goal is here to suit a wide range of athletes by providing an atmosphere also conducive to Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, and Powerlifting. 

Q. I DON’T WANT TO BE EMBARRASSED WHEN I START BECAUSE I’M OUT OF SHAPE. SHOULD I WORKOUT ON MY OWN FIRST?

A. No! One of the great things about our gym is that every workout can be scaled or modified to suit any fitness level. Whether you are new to fitness or a veteran, each workout is scaled according to each athlete’s fitness level. We teach our members how to scale and modify workouts in all of our classes, and our coaches always provide modifications. All levels are welcome here, and most people actually start in your shoes. No one at our gym will turn their nose up at you because you are out of shape. We have a friendly and welcoming environment that will embrace you and guide you to your goals.

Q. HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND I COME TO THE GYM?

A. It is best to begin your journey gradually. If you are new to fitness, we suggest coming two days a week for the first month or so. Once that becomes your new normal, you can start building up to three or four. After you are comfortably up to five days per week, we advise building in two recovery days each week.
