As your success is our number one priority, we believe new members should take time to learn the basic skills needed to properly begin a fitness program.
Our Elements program consists of two 1-on-1 sessions focused on skill development and building your understanding of the primary movements. You'll also learn how to scale more difficult exercises to your fitness/ability level.
Each Elements session will introduce you to technique and movement mechanics and finish with a short workout to reinforce movements that you learned during that session.
Your Elements sessions can be scheduled at any time convenient for you.
