Compete locally, nationally, and internationally with our growing club of Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, and Powerlifting athletes.
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for everyone, regardless of gender, age or ability level to explore the world of strength sports. With a bit of hard work, dedication and consistency, almost anyone has a shot to achieve success in the sports of Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, and Powerlifting.
With athletes ranging from ages 9 through 60+, we specialize in developing novice lifters from the first time they touch a barbell to the first time they step onto the competition floor. As a member of our team, you'll be brought along slowly and at your own pace with an emphasis on proper technique, building confidence and having fun most importantly.
Our youth program (under 18) focuses on developing proper movement mechanics and mastering fundamental skills, our masters program (ages 35+) focuses on the unique needs of older athletes such as improving mobility and fatigue management, and our general programming focuses on building applicable strength and increasing baseline work capacity. So we've got you covered, no matter what your starting point is.
